Today, with the help of many generous AdvoCare Group employee’s, we were able to deliver a large donation to the Friendship APL in Lorain County. The donation included items that the shelter needs to continually support the animals they rescue such as, blankets, towels, food, litter boxes and toys. We even raised enough funds to donate 1,900 pounds of kitty litter! In fact, it was so much litter that we had to deliver it in two truck loads.
Believe it or not, the Friendship APL shelters so many cats and kittens that 1,900 pounds of litter will last them about 30 days. If you’re interesting in making a donation, you can find more information about the organization at their website, http://friendshipapl.org.
