How it Works
Getting to Know Each other
Before we even think about taking a deposit or having you sign a contract, we want to get to know you—and, just as importantly, give you the chance to get to know us. We’ll meet you in person (or virtually) to learn about how you met, your personal styles and preferences, and your visions of the ceremony and reception.
The Formalities (Contract, Deposit, Etc.)
Once we’ve learned about your expectations and what your event will require, we’ll provide you with a formal quote. If everything looks good, we’ll want to get all of the formalities out of the way so we can get to the good stuff—planning your big day! We’ll ask you to sign our contract and place a deposit to secure your date.
Planning Your Wedding
Whether you’re working with a wedding planner or coordinating the big day yourselves, we share our experience to help throw a flawless ceremony and reception. We’ll work with you to create a soundtrack that reflects your unique story and sets the tone for the entire evening. From custom mash-ups to choreographed dances with unforgettable uplighting, we have the professional resources and ambition to pull off show-stopping details.
We’ll have all of the details worked out in advance so we can run the show while you savor every moment and enjoy the first day of the rest of your lives together.
Executing Your Big Day
From start to finish, you’ll be working with us and our team of professionals. This means you’ll always have a point person coordinating with vendors to keep the flow going while another is devoted to the music and entertainment.
We are on hand to support (and in some cases, direct) the flow of your wedding day. We’re here to put you at ease so you know that you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the entire event, from start to finish.

Pricing
We view every wedding as a unique and custom experience that deserves the best service we can provide. When we take part in a couple’s wedding, we absolutely want to do the best job we can for the particular situation—nothing less.
In order to accomplish this, our minimum cost for a wedding is a flat rate of $1200. In order to find out exactly how we can do the best job possible, we’d like to sit down in person (or virtually) and talk about what your goals and expectations for your big day are. Then, we’ll provide a quote that includes exactly what you’re looking for.
